幼虫はヨシの葉数枚を捩って綴った独特の巣を作る。
小川と水田に面した場所でのライトトラップに飛来。
分布：北海道、本州、四国、九州、対馬、
朝鮮半島、シベリア、ヨーロッパ
成虫出現月：5〜6、7〜8
