日本最小のシャチホコガ。
ケショウヤナギの葉裏にいた5齢（終齢）幼虫。
他にも4齢が数頭いた。
色彩には変異がある。
標高約1560m。
分布：北海道、本州、四国、
極東ロシア
成虫出現月：5〜9
寄主植物：ヤマナラシ、ポプラなどヤナギ科
